About The Event
Join us for an incredible afternoon of #Art&Drinks whilst we discover the Tate Modern's collection of Latin American Art. First glass of wine or beer served FREE of charge
Starting with a 90 minute tour around the gallery, we will discover and explore the life and works of the many radical artists the Tate's outstanding collection has to offer. There will be time to talk and discuss along the way, ensuring you enjoy the best experience. We will finish the afternoon with a refreshing wine served nearby; the perfect opportunity to meet likeminded people like yourself. What more could you ask for? #Art&Drinks.
After they had shattered the confines European modernity, they conceived a new visual language, forging what we today have come to dismissively call Latin American Art.
Discover Cildo Meireles, Fernel Franco, Helio Oiticica, Lygia Clark, Sandra Gamarra, Doris Salcedo, Tania Bruguera, Carlos Cruz Diez, Jesus Rafael Soto and many others.
This is a private event not organised by the Tate.
